This is an original production cel from the Walt Disney Studios production of Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day (1968). This cel features Tigger and was created at the studio and used during the production of the film. The overall measurements of the piece are 19.5" x 15.5" framed with a mat opening that measure 7" x 4.5" and the image itself measures 4.5" x 3". The cel is in very good condition.
